Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy for Antigua Bay Lodge

  1. Booking Acceptance

    Subject to availability, we will confirm your booking via fax or email, once the payment of the deposit has been received.

  2. Deposit

    We require a non-refundable deposit of 50% with your booking.
    Breakage deposit - The deposit will be refunded after the inspecting results have been taken into account. The refund shall be made within 21 working days. Should there be any revenue payable to SARS, shall it be for the account of the client

  3. Final Payment

    The outstanding balance must be paid three weeks before arrival at Antigua Bay Lodge. Any additional payments must also be made at this time.

  4. Payment Method

    Payments can be made either by means of an electronic transfer. Please also indicate your reference number with all payments.

  5. Cancellation Policy

    Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.
    Cancellation 60 to 30 days prior to arrival - deposit plus 25% of total tariff
    Cancellation 29 to 14 days prior to arrival - deposit plus 60% of total tariff
    13 to 0 days prior to arrival - 100% of total tariff

  6. Late Departure

    A penalty fee equal to a day's tariff will be enforced for late departure.

  7. Damage to Property

    The client will be held reponsible for any breakages or damage to the property and the building of Antigua Bay Lodge caused due to negligence by the client or his/her guests/family members.

  8. Exclusion of Liability

    While every care is taken, both 4Property Solutions and Antigua Bay Lodge nor any of its employees or agents shall be held liable for any personal damage, injury or loss of whatever nature incurred by the client and his guests/family members during their stay at Antigua Bay Lodge.
